Alterations to MyFundedFutures Affiliate Program Effects Over 20 Countries
Due to the alterations made to MyFundedFutures’s affiliate program, those who haven’t hit the sales minimum of “50 purchases” are automatically excluded and their partnership with the futures prop firm was terminated. In addition, further FCM compliance regulations permanently end partnerships with 21 countries.
According to the founder and CEO of MFFU, Matthew Leech, current compliance initiatives call for modifications to current regulations.
In an email to affiliates, Leech stated, “Affiliates are a big focus of the broader regulatory and compliance environment,” “Ultimately, MyFundedFutures is responsible for how affiliates are advertising and promoting our company and our business model to consumers.”
Consequently, the current policies needed an overhaul. Affiliates will be excluded from the program if they haven’t produced “at least 50 individual purchases to MyFundedFutures since the launch of the program.”
MyFundedFutures Policy Changes Exclude 21 Countries
Other compliance-related measures resulting from the requirement to deal directly with Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) registered in the United States were also disclosed by MFFU last week.
“In accordance with industry-wide guidelines and restrictions, we have identified a list of countries that will never be approved to trade live for compliance and regulatory reasons by the FCMs,” Leech said on Discord.
As a result, a list of 21 countries can no longer receive services from the prop trading firm. New assessments and challenges are no longer available for purchase by citizens of these nations:
Burkina Faso, Cameroon, China, Gibraltar, Haiti, Hong Kong, Jordan, Kenya, Macedonia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nigeria, the Philippines, Qatar, Romania, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, and the United Arab Emirates are some of the countries in the list.
Note that those who already had active MyFundedFutures accounts are exempt from this.
